We have the complete range of dyeing machine available for making knit dyeing.
For Atmospheric dyeing we are using FONGS winch machines.
For High Pressure Dyeing we are using DONG NAM HP HT winch Machine from Korea for dyeing polyester and polyester mixed fabrics. Also by December we are installing State of the Art HP-HT Dyeing from FONGS.
We have a very good finishing line with worlds most famous machinery for best quality fabrics. Squeezer we are using worlds best SANTEX from Switzerland. For tensionless drying and soft setting finishing we are using Dryer from DONG NAM KOREA and ASK ME TAIWAN. Soft setting calendar we are using DONG NAM KOREA. And finally for compacting we are using TUBE TEX Compactor from USA.
For checking quality of our dyeing raw materials such as dyes stuff and chemicals we have our fully equipped lab with Rapid Lab Dyeing Machine and Lab Dryer from Taiwan.
For giving our customer state of the art quality dyeing fabrics we are using all world’s best Dyes stuff and chemicals. All our dyeing is totally Azo and Formaldehyde free. Also we only use reactive dyes for colours. We never use Sulphur or any other dyes
We are capable to produce per day 25,000.00 kg fabrics. Our total working space for dyeing is 50,000.00 SFT
